I've won the case!!! Fresver Beauty was asked to pay me back the unused portion.
Indeed it was a good news for me as I could settle my credit card!!!...
the whole process ain't easy..I went through 4 times of consultation before I stood before the Judge..
frankly speaking I hope I would not appear in Court the 2nd time..

I am now facing the same situation but the package cost only $295 incl GST. However, when I got back home to look into the mirror, my white heads and pimple were not extracted which i paid additional $40 for it.
From your experience with small claims court, do you think I should bring this case up? Will it be too time consuming? My facial was on 17/1/14 almost five days ago.

Sorry there was a typo error on the date of facial, it should be 16/2/14 (Sunday).
